Below are links to a Microsoft Excel Worksheet and a text file containing information on legal malpractice attorneys assembled from civil cases filed in the New Jersey Superior Court. We have posted this information because many readers have complained that they cannot find a lawyer willing to take on a legal malpractice case.

This list is in no way complete or exhaustive and we have not screened or otherwise qualified any of the lawyers on this list. The only qualification an attorney must meet to be placed on this list is to have acted as plaintiff’s lawyer in at least one legal malpractice case. So, use this at your own risk—you may wish to check the New Jersey Bartender because some of the malpractice lawyers listed have themselves been charged or sanctioned for ethics violations.

The following fields of data are maintained for each lawyer: name, address, phone number, fax number and the first named plaintiff, first named defendant and docket number for at least one malpractice case the attorney has filed. We suggest that readers contact several lawyers before making a selection. We have arranged the data in table form so that it can be easily accessed by your word processor’s mail-merge feature.
